DEFIANT Violet Beauregarde
Recipe:
- 2 oz Defiant American Single Malt
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Egg Whites
- 2 dashes Peychaud Bitters
- 5-6 Blueberries
Garnish: 3 Skewered Blueberries
Glass: Coupe
Cocktail: In a shaker, muddle 5-6 blueberries. Add the remaining ingredients, dry shake, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with skewered blueberries.
