Blue Ridge Distilling Co. have been renegades in the distilling industry since our inception. Producing whisky with oak spirals rather than barrels and using new technologies in spirit maturation. Now we have created a spirit which melds the old ways with the new, using both our spiral production process and aging in Cabernet Sauvignon oak barrels for 8 years. We at Defiant Whisky have created what we believe is the best whisky in the world - Defiant 1 - American Single Malt Whisky.
